Every creature on earth hopes that his progeny will continue. But just hoping is not enough, one has to make a sincere effort to make it happen. This is why many methods in our Indian heritage have also been described by our forefathers in the form of scriptures. Yoga, an ancient Indian tradition, has all the information needed for supreme self. Now few of you may be skeptical. What does pregnancy have to do with yoga?

Yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a way of life. Our food, lifestyle, and our conduct and attitude are explained in detail. Yoga is a kind of disciplined lifestyle as stated in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, “Atha:Yoganushasanam”. Here, how much we obey is more important than how much we know.

So now, it is quite natural to ask what kind of practice should be implemented for good progeny. This is why we have to follow the practice described in Nathmuni’s book ‘Yogarahasya’ with wholehearted. Pragnancy yoga can be of three folded.
