I am practicing yoga under Dr. Ajithesh since 2016. I had severe back pain, consulted many doctors and tried physio. Finally came to this guy. He is so kind and have enough patience to listen to our problems and teach practices as per our need. Almost a year I have attended regular yoga class under his guidance. As someone who has always been chubby for the majority of my adult life, I have tried countless diets to lose weight – keto, intermittent fasting, low calories diet, zero carbohydrates diet and nothing worked! However, when I was introduced by a relative to Ajitesh sir’s chandrayana vrata, I was skeptical. He did not promise me instant weight loss or miracles, he just gave me strict but easy diet consisting of my favourite seasonal fruits and fresh home food. Within a month, I had lost 5 kilos! This vrata is excellent and I would 100% recommend it for anyone who wants a healthy reset to their body and metabolism.
Dr Ajithesh is a dedicated teacher under whom learning the practice of yoga was a very comfortable experience into the right way of doing the practice, with every step being taught in a systematic way including the right way of breathing in and out of an asana. Sir ensured he explained the importance of doing every posture and its benefits. As his client I have seen his keenness in knowing his subject and has a passion for Yoga. I have also taken the course of Chandrayana Vrata with Dr Ajithesh, which was helped me develop the right mindset towards the food choices and taking the vratha under his guidance was very comfortable process for me as I was very skeptical about fasting. But this experience has given me a new perspective towards looking at food and its benefits. I was suffering from stress and it’s related issues from childhood. I had tried various techniques like playing sports, dancing, watching movies, meditation etc to quieten my mind and be calm. It had a limited effect on me, and it was only for the duration of the above mentioned activities. I started Yoga in September 2021, and it was tailored to my specific condition to bring my stress down. It benefited me in different aspects of my life, within 3 months of practice, broadly, I was able to see the following differences in my life, 1. I was able to grasp information more clearly, when speaking to people and see details in things, which I missed earlier because of my mind being preoccupied. 2. I started becoming less and less anxious about things in my daily life, like when I was speaking in front of my team or while making presentations, which gave me more confidence. 3. It helped me to heal my stress related issue to some extent, which would require a little longer practice to overcome completely. 4. It helped me to become a better dancer by making my body more flexible and by keeping my mind calm while performing.
